Este principio lleva d\u00e9cadas establecido en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las articulaciones de rodilla y de hombro y ahora tambi\u00e9n se encuentra disponible para la de juanete.<\/p>\n<p>El movimiento pasivo y controlado de las articulaciones directamente tras la operaci\u00f3n hace que distribuya el fluido sinovial, se promueva la nutrici\u00f3n del cart\u00edlago y prevengan las adhesiones.
